Extraction of Seleno-Amino Acids from <i>Cardamine Hupingshanensis</i> by Ultrasonic Assisted Deep Eutectic Solvents Extraction

In this work, deep eutectic solvent (DES) combined with ultrasonic-assisted extraction was proposed to extract free seleno-amino acids from Cardamine hupingshanensis. The contents of in the were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography a fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD). Response surface design used optimize conditions such as ultrasonic time, temperature, and liquid-solid ratio. results showed that DES prepared choline chloride ethylene glycol had highest efficiency acids. main hupingshanensis selenocystine (SeCys2) selenomethylcysteine (SeMeCys). optimal follows: ratio 50 mL·g–1; temperature 40 °C; time 45 min. Under conditions, SeCys2 SeMeCys 356 μg·g–1 147 μg·g–1, respectively. This study shows has great potential separation.
